Colony Club has been restored to its former glory following significant renovation of its ninety-six guestrooms, suites and public areas. This comes as part of a US$7 million refurbishment program.
Established by a British expatriate in the 1950s, Colony Club is considered one of the more discreetly elegant hotels on the western coast where old world charm is coupled with new world standards of quality and comfort. Located on the famous platinum west coast of Barbados, the hotel is set in seven glorious acres of lush tropical gardens complete with waterfalls and swimming lagoons that lead down to the sea. It sits north of Holetown near one of Barbados' best beaches.
Every guestroom and suite has been refreshed along with new fixtures in all the bathrooms and expanded amenity facilities consisting of tea and coffee makers, complimentary bottled water upon arrival, bathrobes, slippers and beautiful new toiletries ? all of which are now offered as standard. Most of the hotel's air-conditioned rooms are near the water, and the others are scattered throughout the gardens. The rooms have either a balcony or a patio. |
